• Guarantee of investments by selecting projects which, due to their size or demand, have great marketing potential.
• Business development, preferably through strategic alliances with local partners, and when necessary, the divestment of all land that fails to respond to that philosophy.
• The consolidation of our intermediation and consultancy activity in the real estate sector.
• Promoting efficiency in managing the land and assets entrusted to us.
• Gradually entering the civil engineering, creation of infrastructures, production of renewable energies and asset-management sectors, preferably through alliances with other partners.
• Cooperating with Lantria, a sole-proprietorship company belonging to the Lábaro Group in its international strategy, through which the national and international concessions and services business is developed.
• Selling off assets to diversify our business portfolio.
